Manor barn is available on a weekend dry hire basis from Friday until Monday, allowing freedom to choose the right suppliers for your special event. We work with a number of local suppliers located on Yattendon Estate that we are happy to recommend following many years of successful joint ventures, please head to our local directory page or get in touch with us for any further recommendations.
The Barn
Manor barn offers a great level of flexibility with it's exclusive weekend dry hire - keys can be collected from the estate office as early as Friday morning and can be dropped back as late as Monday 12pm after the event. Providing ample time to set up for your special day.
Couples are to arrange their own caterers, chairs, tables, floristry, evening production, entertainment and any other additional services they require.
Pricing
Exclusive dry hire is priced from £2,500 for the weekend.
Included in the price is the barn, parking for guests, power, lighting, on-site toilet facilities and access to an outdoor lawn beside the venue.
To Note
The barn is not heated, meaning summer months are preferable.
The barn does not include kitchen facilities or bar fridges.
Private Hire
Manor Barn is available to hire for private events and celebrations for up to 150 people.
The venue comes with limited amenities, and therefore such aspects as catering and indeed heating must be considered dependent on the time of year.

Visiting Manor Barn
We understand how important it is to choose the perfect venue for your Wedding Day and the effort that goes into planning every aspect of the celebration.
We offer couples the chance to visit the barn and ask as many questions as they wish to ensure they are equipt with everything they need to turn a venue into their own sanctuary.
During our open days we offer the chance to book a free 30 minute slot to tour the venue with one of our dedicated team. Spend the day exploring the village, our fantastic local businesses and beautiful countryside.
Next to the barn is the historic Yattendon Church, which is only steps away from the Manor barn - a wonderful setting for a traditional ceremony.
