Manor Barn is located within Yattendon Estates - a family owned farming and property business situated in the heart of West Berkshire, covering over 9,500 acres of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The history of Yattendon Estates dates back centuries, and we are proud to offer our historic Manor barn and the village of Yattendon as a stunning backdrop for your special day. Our team is dedicated to supporting every aspect of your wedding or event at Manor Barn, including recommending our trusted local suppliers. We believe that hosting events is in our nature, and we can't wait to share our passion with you and your guests.
Manor Barn
At Yattendon Estates, we pride ourselves on offering one of the most unique and historic wedding venue experiences in the country. Our family run Estate, located in the heart of West Berkshire, boasts a beautiful historic tithe barn in the village of Yattendon.
With ample room for large weddings, our venue is the perfect choice for couples looking to create memories that will last a lifetime.
Manor Barn is both a charming yet historic medieval tithe barn, meaning its large size can comfortably hold up to 150 people in one space, providing the perfect backdrop for your event or Wedding celebration.

The Barn is located in the centre of the village so is within walking distance of The Royal Oak pub, the church, shop, florist, hairdressers and allocated parking.
We host a maximum of eight weddings or events per year thereby ensuring that you enjoy a totally unique celebration, even more so as the barn is dry hire, meaning you have free reign to choose your caterer, furniture, music and decorations.

Adjacent to the barn is the lawn area, perfect for arrival drinks, which is made even more special when it is accessed via the pretty tree lined path from the church.
